As winter melts into spring, we’re gearing up for an incredible season here at The Wandering Pour. While the colder months are often a time for rest, it’s been full steam ahead for us and gosh, I couldn’t be more excited to share what’s coming next!
A Winter Project: Our New Tap Cart
We’re right in the thick of building our brand-new tap cart, lovingly named Yoshi after my Sheepadoodle. While it will blend beautifully with our existing bars to maintain a cohesive look, Yoshi’s standout features are truly something special—sleek wheels and elegant gold accents that are sure to elevate any event aesthetic. It’s been a labor of love designing this cart, and I can already envision it being the centerpiece at countless celebrations this season.
Taste Testing & Signature Recipes
Another exciting part of this winter has been perfecting our signature cocktails. We’re diving deep into flavor profiles, crafting recipes that stand out with the help of our in-house made simple syrups infused with fresh, local ingredients. Partnering with a local farm means we’ll have access to seasonal fruits, herbs, and other fresh flavors, allowing us to keep our offerings vibrant and unique.
I’ve been reviewing our cocktail menu, keeping crowd-pleasers that our guests love, saying goodbye to recipes that didn’t quite hit the mark, and crafting original drinks exclusive to The Wandering Pour. From testing new cocktail foams and creating custom drink tags and toppers to adding branded citrus for a playful pop, we’re focused on elevating presentation as much as the flavor.
Bringing Our Signature Recipes to Life
This season, we’re introducing our signature recipes in a BIG way to past clients, newsletter subscribers, and our beloved “friendors.” We’re beyond thrilled to showcase everything we’ve been working on, and you can bet that Yoshi will be front and center with these custom creations flowing from the taps.

As we continue to innovate, we’re keeping a close eye on emerging event bar trends—and incorporating what makes sense for our brand.
